Senior Electrical Engineer/Designer - Senior Project Manager

About This Role

Lead residential and commercial electrical engineering projects from concept through construction, designing various electrical systems and coordinating with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver electrical engineering projects of varying size and complexity
• Design electrical systems (power distribution, lighting, life safety, fire alarm, UPS, grounding, ICAT systems)
• Prepare concept designs, load calculations, specifications, and reports
• Lead and mentor project teams to ensure quality, budget, and schedule adherence
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal disciplines
• Provide design-phase and construction support, including site visits and shop drawing reviews

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering (or related discipline)
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration
• 5+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience
• Strong project management, coordination, and communication skills
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Team-oriented with excellent client-facing communication skills

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering (or related discipline)
• 5+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience
