Lead eDiscovery projects supporting a large Federal agency's legal organization, focusing on client solutions and managing workflows within Relativity. This role involves communicating with clients, conducting quality checks, and ensuring project deadlines are met.
Responsibilities
- Respond to client requests and provide consultation to service all client eDiscovery needs
- Create fields, choices, layouts, and views in Relativity
- Create batches of records for review in Relativity
- Create Production sweeps and sets in Relativity
- Develop, modify, and implement workflows, essential resources, and tools
- Initiate work on behalf of clients by crafting and submitting work orders for data processing, review, and production tasks
- Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of job instructions and final work product
- Communicate expectations for scope and deadlines to internal and external stakeholders
- Establish informed project schedules based on understanding of project activities, dependencies, and resource requirements
- Maintain an understanding of e-discovery, market competitors, and industry tools
Requirements
- 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience with a focus on client solutions
- 3 years of progressive experience on major lit support projects
- 2 years in Relativity, beyond document review coding
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with both eDiscovery technical teams and non-technical business leaders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agile work environment
- Experience and familiarity with eDiscovery Services covering all realms of the EDRM (File to Trial)
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (active clearance preferred)
Qualifications
- BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience (JD highly preferred)
- 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience with a focus on client solutions, including 3 years of progressive experience on major lit support projects and 2 years in Relativity beyond document review coding.
Nice to Have
- JD highly preferred
- Experience with Government software policies and procedures
- Client-facing communication experience
- Federal Agency issued security clearance
