Serve as a Senior eDiscovery Project Manager supporting a federal agency, managing the complete eDiscovery lifecycle from client consultation to data production and destruction. This role involves utilizing Relativity to create and manage workflows, ensure quality, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Respond to client requests and provide consultation to service all client eDiscovery needs
- Create fields, choices, layouts, and views in Relativity
- Create batches of records for review in Relativity
- Create Production sweeps and sets in Relativity
- Develop, modify, and implement workflows and tools
- Initiate work on behalf of clients by crafting and submitting work orders for data processing, review, and production
- Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of job instructions and final work product
- Communicate expectations for scope and deadlines to internal and external stakeholders
- Establish informed project schedules based on project activities, dependencies, and resource requirements
- Participate in project tasks including kick-off call preparation, workflow documentation, and project closure tasks
- Maintain an understanding of e-discovery, market competitors, and industry tools
Requirements
- 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience with a focus on client solutions
- 3 years of progressive more responsible experience on major lit support projects
- 2 years in Relativity, beyond document review coding
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with both eDiscovery technical teams and non-technical business leaders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agile work environment
- Experience and familiarity with eDiscovery Services covering all realms of the EDRM (File to Trial)
- U.S. Citizen
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (active clearance preferred)
- Experience with Government software policies and procedures
Qualifications
- BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience (JD highly preferred)
- 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience with a focus on client solutions, 3 years of progressive more responsible experience on major lit support projects, and 2 years in Relativity (beyond document review coding)
