As a Senior eDiscovery Analytics Lead, you will provide electronic discovery technical support and assist with strategic and legal aspects using Relativity for a large federal agency. This role involves analysis, development, and implementation of processing approaches for electronic files and ensuring compliance with ESI specifications.
Responsibilities
- Perform analysis, development, and implementation of processing approaches for electronic files
- Consult with attorneys and support staff for conforming to ESI specifications
- Participate in teleconferences with co-counsel, client agencies, and opposing counsel upon attorney request
- Ensure that incoming and outgoing productions are made pursuant to applicable ESI specifications and provide notice of deficiencies
- Perform advanced analytics in Relativity
- Create, troubleshoot, and repair Active Learning Projects in Relativity
- Provide input on technology options to respond to specific discovery
- Ensure standard procedures for electronic discovery and litigation support projects are consistently applied
- Create statistical reports on collection, filtering, processing, review, and production
- Stay abreast of emerging electronic discovery litigation support technology and processes
- Maintain current knowledge of available software applications and expertise
- Contribute to regular briefings on new technology and process improvements in electronic discovery
- Generate custom PowerShell scripts
- Create/support Case Map / Text Map databases
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience providing eDiscovery services and litigation support on complex and large cases
- Thorough knowledge of the litigation discovery process and EDRM workflow
- Advanced knowledge of Relativity (front end and back end)
- Demonstrated ability to generate complex PowerShell scripts
- Advanced hands-on experience with Active Learning
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Detailed planning and organizational skills
- Thorough understanding of processes at each stage of the eDiscovery lifecycle
- Prior knowledge and experience managing eDiscovery projects and related technologies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Ability to work as part of a team and manage complex relationships with stakeholders
- Well organized, strong communicator, detail-oriented, good judgment, confident working independently
- Undergraduate degree
- Must be a United States Citizen
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree required, Law degree, technical certification, or other pertinent graduate degree strongly preferred
- A minimum of 5 years of experience providing eDiscovery services and litigation support on complex and large cases involving complex eDiscovery challenges
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of how to perform advanced searches in Relativity; generate Search indexes, and set up workflows; permissions; and Case Dynamics
- Ability to write scripts for workflow improvements, utilities, and/or data manipulation
- Experience generating complex productions out of Relativity
- In-depth hands-on experience with Case Map and Text Map
- Ability to obtain Public Trust security clearance
