About This Role

Lead, inspire, and make an impact as a Senior Clinical Supervisor providing supervision and mentorship to Behavior Interventionists and Assistant Clinical Supervisors. Develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with a team of passionate clinicians, and deliver meaningful parent training and support.

• Stay hands-on with client care while shaping the next generation of ABA professionals

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Passion for mentoring, learning, and collaboration
• Strong communication skills
