About This Role

Lead, inspire, and make an impact by supervising and mentoring Behavior Interventionists and Assistant Clinical Supervisors. Develop individualized treatment plans, deliver meaningful parent training, and stay hands-on with client care.

Responsibilities

Provide supervision and mentorship to Behavior Interventionists and Assistant Clinical Supervisors
Develop individualized treatment plans that empower clients and families
Collaborate with a team of passionate clinicians
Deliver meaningful parent training and support
Stay hands-on with client care while shaping the next generation of ABA professionals

Requirements

Active BCBA certification
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field

Qualifications

Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
Open to newly certified BCBAs and experienced supervisors

Nice to Have

Passion for mentoring, learning, and collaboration
