This Clinical Assessor (BCBA) role involves conducting comprehensive initial assessments, developing individualized, data-driven treatment plans, and providing ongoing clinical oversight for clients. The position focuses on ensuring high-quality, effective care through family collaboration and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive initial assessments within assigned timelines
- Develop individualized, medically necessary, data-driven treatment plans
- Establish acquisition, reduction, caregiver, discharge, and transition goals
- Partner with caregivers to explain treatment recommendations
- Ensure accurate dosage, goal selection, and place-of-service determinations
- Complete reports with fidelity and timeliness
- Maintain ongoing clinical oversight for assigned clients
- Supervise, mentor, and provide feedback to Behavior Interventionists and ACS staff
- Monitor data integrity and ensure treatment fidelity
- Participate in interdisciplinary case reviews and clinical collaboration
- Support caregiver communication and training
- Maintain documentation and productivity standards (100 billable hours/month)
- Drive utilization and outcome optimization
- Participate in quality improvement and calibration initiatives
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of ABA assessment experience
- Valid professional liability insurance and required clearances
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of ABA assessment experience (supervision experience preferred)
Nice to Have

- Strong clinical writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience with telehealth and digital data platforms
- Ability to work with diverse families in community-based settings
