About This Role

Supervise and mentor Behavior Interventionists and Assistant Clinical Supervisors, developing individualized treatment plans for clients with developmental disabilities, and providing parent training and support.

Responsibilities

Provide supervision and mentorship to Behavior Interventionists and Assistant Clinical Supervisors
Develop individualized treatment plans that empower clients and families
Collaborate with a team of passionate clinicians
Deliver meaningful parent training and support
Stay hands-on with client care while shaping the next generation of ABA professionals

Requirements

Active BCBA certification
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
Passion for mentoring, learning, and collaboration
Strong communication skills
