Senior Business Process Consultant

About This Role

This role will provide strategic guidance and operational support for process improvement initiatives within the Duals program. The consultant will focus on end-to-end process mapping, identifying gaps and opportunities, and assisting in the development and implementation of process enhancements to optimize operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process and experience mapping for Duals operational workstreams
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities across multiple functions
• Develop root cause analysis and defect prevention strategies based on evidence and data
• Support data analysis, governance, and visualization of business processes to inform decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of process improvement initiatives
• Document and maintain updated process maps and improvement plans
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to ensure awareness and support for process improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 6+ years managing projects
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
• 6+ years managing projects

Nice to Have

• Master's Degree in a related field
• Experience In Health Care And/or Insurance
• Process quality certification
