Culture Activation Intern

About This Role

Support the Culture team in developing a new Culture Champions program to engage individual contributors in actively living company values. This role is ideal for someone interested in organizational culture and transformation, project-based work, and comfortable with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Support the Culture team in development of a new Culture Champions program
• Learn various job functions within the Managed Care industry and explore career opportunities
• Apply academic knowledge and learn new skills by contributing to various projects
• Research various legal, regulatory, and other topics within functional area and industry
• Attend training and development presentations to enhance professional competencies

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university or college, preferably in a field related to the hiring department through the internship period.
• Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program
