Senior Building Enclosure Consultant

About This Role

Lead building enclosure consulting assignments for new and existing structures while actively engaging in business development and revenue generation within the Dallas market. This role combines technical project leadership with client relationship management and regional expansion efforts.

Responsibilities

• Lead enclosure consulting assignments across new and existing assets
• Drive business development efforts within the Dallas market
• Identify and convert new client opportunities
• Maintain and grow key accounts across commercial and institutional sectors
• Oversee condition assessments, peer reviews, and remediation strategies
• Manage project delivery, budgets, and timelines
• Mentor junior staff and support team growth
• Represent the firm at industry events and networking engagements

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in building enclosure consulting, design or investigation
• Demonstrated success in a seller doer or client facing role
• Strong understanding of façade, roofing, and waterproofing systems
• Commercially minded with the ability to generate and sustain revenue
• Confident communicator in both technical and client environments
