Senior Account Manager, Publishers

About This Role

Own and expand a direct response portfolio of publisher partners to maximize revenue and long-term partner value. This role involves strategic thinking, cross-functional influence, and data analysis to drive growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own, optimize, and expand a portfolio of publisher/affiliate accounts
• Manage daily partner needs and drive long-term growth strategies
• Proactively identify new placements, integrations, and whitespace opportunities
• Execute campaign operations including pacing, budgets, QA, creative testing, and launches
• Analyze performance data across CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS to diagnose trends and forecast impact
• Deliver clear, actionable recommendations to improve yield and partner outcomes
• Drive revenue and margin expansion by scaling high-performing partners and upselling new opportunities
• Maintain clear, organized documentation and produce structured reporting
• Partner with media buying, analytics, creative, and product to resolve blockers and shape testing roadmaps
• Lead recurring partner communications to build trust and deliver strategic insights

Requirements

• Comfortable working Eastern Timezone hours with ad-hoc support outside standard hours
• Experienced in managing a direct response portfolio of accounts for email, newsletter, listicle, co-reg, etc.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret, diagnose, and act on performance data across KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
• Advanced communication, negotiation, and upsell skills
• Highly proactive, growth-minded, and organized

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years working directly with Publishers, Affiliates, and/or Advertisers in digital media, performance marketing, or lead generation
