Security Officer - Rover Patrol

About This Role

As a Security Officer - Rover Patrol - Weekdays, you will patrol assigned areas at a professional workplace, monitor access points, respond to incidents, and provide customer service to safeguard clients in Maple Grove, MN.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or contractors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, production or warehouse areas, parking areas, and the perimeter, noting unusual activity and conditions.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor check-in and/or badge processes in accordance with site policies, helping to deter unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting site management and/or emergency services as appropriate.
• Complete routine reports and document patrol observations, incidents, and policy violations, and communicate relevant information during shift handoff.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
