Security Officer - Retail

About This Role

Serve and safeguard clients in a retail environment as a Security Officer by performing safety and security procedures and responding to incidents.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age (21+ for armed roles)
• High school diploma or equivalent OR 5 years of verifiable experience
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background investigation
• Ability to pass a drug screen

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
• Entry level position, but 5 years of verifiable experience can substitute for high school diploma
