Security Officer - Overnight Residential Patrol

About This Role

Serve and safeguard clients in a residential setting by conducting patrols, deterring incidents, and responding to tenant and guest needs. This overnight role requires professionalism and clear communication to document observations and support a people-first culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of residential buildings, amenities, parking areas, and perimeter points
• Observe and report suspicious activity, hazards, and/or unauthorized access attempts
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with access issues, disturbances, and/or resident concerns
• Control access where assigned by monitoring entry points, verifying resident and guest authorization, and/or managing visitor logs

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background investigation
• Ability to pass a drug screen
