As a Security Officer - Flex Patrol, you will safeguard clients in various industries, focusing on healthcare locations. This role involves monitoring, patrolling, responding to incidents, and ensuring the safety and security of staff and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by following security procedures and site-specific policies
- Respond to incidents and critical situations with professionalism, reporting concerns to leadership or emergency services
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout hospital buildings, parking areas, and perimeter areas
- Control access at designated entrances, visitor areas, and restricted departments by verifying identification and documenting entries/exits
- Complete security-related reports and logs, monitor cameras and/or alarm systems, and communicate observations to shift leadership
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles (21+ for armed roles)
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screen
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
