Serve and safeguard clients in a retail and mall environment by conducting patrols, responding to incidents, and providing customer service. This role requires an active DoD Secret clearance and a valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a retail and mall location
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting site leadership and/or emergency services as needed
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the shopping areas, common spaces, loading and delivery zones, and exterior perimeter, noting and reporting unusual activity
- Monitor entrances, corridors, and other key areas for potential policy violations, assisting with de-escalation and reporting concerns to appropriate personnel
- Complete shift logs and incident reports, documenting observations, patrol activity, and client requests according to Allied Universal and site requirements
Requirements
- Active DoD Secret clearance
- Valid driver's license
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
