Serve and safeguard clients by monitoring and patrolling a distribution facility, deterring security incidents, and managing access control. Provide outstanding customer service and respond calmly to critical situations to maintain order.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the logistics and distribution facility and its perimeter
- Monitor for unusual activity and report any security-related concerns or incidents
- Assist with access control procedures for personnel and vehicles
- Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and delivery personnel
- Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age (unarmed roles)
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
Nice to Have
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet
- Access control or badge experience
- Customer service experience
