As a Security Officer - Community Patrol Driver, you will safeguard clients by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, completing routine rounds, and maintaining visibility to reduce security-related incidents, while delivering strong customer service. You will also support access control and document activity with professionalism, in a driving position that requires a valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies
- Perform emergency response activities when appropriate
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas
- Complete routine rounds and stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents
- Support access control and badge processes
- Communicate clearly with staff and visitors
- Document activity with professionalism
Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
Nice to Have
- Customer service experience
- CPR and/or First Aid certification
- Access control and/or badge experience
