Security Officer - Commercial Patrol Rounds

About This Role

Serve and safeguard clients in commercial real estate by conducting patrols and responding to incidents, ensuring a secure environment and delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential issues

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license for driving positions
