Serve and safeguard clients in various industries by patroling assigned areas, monitoring access, documenting activities, and communicating with onsite teams. This role requires maintaining a professional presence while deterring unauthorized access and ensuring site security.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner
- Conduct regular and random patrols around business areas and perimeters
- Monitor access points, visitor traffic, deliveries, and contractor activity in accordance with site procedures
- Operate and observe security-related systems such as CCTV, alarms, and access control platforms, reporting irregular activity
- Complete detailed incident reports, daily activity logs, and shift handoff notes using required systems
- Support a technology-focused workplace by assisting with badging workflows and verifying credentials
- Communicate with client representatives and Allied Universal leadership to relay concerns and document observations
- Assist with emergency preparedness tasks such as participating in drills and managing evacuations
- Maintain a professional presence at all times while helping to deter unauthorized access, property damage, and policy violations
Requirements
- Active DoD Secret clearance
- At least 18 years of age (21+ for armed roles)
- High school diploma or equivalent
