As a Part-Time Security Officer, you will patrol a chemical and petrochemical facility, deterring security incidents and ensuring safety. This role involves customer service, incident response, and maintaining a secure environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service by implementing security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor entry and exit points for irregularities or security concerns.
- Report and document security-related incidents or suspicious activities.
- Communicate with site personnel and visitors professionally, upholding security standards.
- Support emergency response operations as required by site protocols.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
Qualifications

- Access control or badge experience
- Customer service experience
- State, county, or city issued security license
