As a Security Officer specializing in Building Entry Patrol, you will safeguard clients in commercial real estate by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, engaging with tenants and visitors, and deterring security-related incidents.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
- Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with property management, tenants, and/or visitors as needed.
- Follow post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal and site management.
- Maintain accurate and detailed logs and reports of daily activities and incidents as required.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of security-related experience
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Be at least 18 years of age (for unarmed roles)
Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 months of security-related experience is required. Customer service experience is preferred.

- State, county, or city issued security license
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
