Serve and safeguard clients in various industries, including chemical/petrochemical facilities, as a Security Officer on the midnight shift. Monitor and patrol assigned areas, respond to incidents, and provide exceptional customer service to deter security-related incidents.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for any irregularities
- Monitor access points and observe for any unusual activity or security-related concerns within the chemical and petrochemical environment
- Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and/or site leadership regarding incidents, observations, or any issues that arise during the shift
- Document incidents and daily activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific protocols
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age (for unarmed roles or 21+ for armed roles)
- High school diploma or equivalent
