As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with active DoD Secret Clearance, you will safeguard clients in the Aero/Defense industry by monitoring assigned areas, deterring incidents, and supporting access control operations in Fort Wayne, IN. This role involves communicating with employees and visitors, documenting activity, and responding to security-related requests.
Responsibilities
- Serve and safeguard clients in the Aero/Defense industries
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to deter security-related incidents
- Support access control and badging operations
- Communicate clearly with employees and visitors
- Document activity and respond to requests with professional customer service
- Follow security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities
- Conduct access control by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, and directing guests
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols, noting unusual activity
- Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly
- Complete security-related reports, incident documentation, and daily activity logs
Requirements
- Active DoD Secret clearance
- Be at least 18 years of age (unarmed roles)
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
