As a Security Officer at a correctional facility, you will serve and safeguard clients by monitoring and patrolling designated areas. This role involves responding to incidents, deterring security-related events, and providing a visible presence to support a secure environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies
- Perform emergency response activities when appropriate
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter
Requirements
- At least one year of security-related experience
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles (21+ for armed roles)
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
Qualifications

Nice to Have
- Alarm panel experience
- Access control or badge experience
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet
