Serve and safeguard clients in an industrial facility by monitoring and patrolling designated areas to deter security-related incidents. This role involves maintaining a visible presence, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a secure environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity
- Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents within the facility
- Work collaboratively with client staff and Allied Universal team members to maintain a secure environment
- Document incidents and security-related activities according to site protocols
- Remain visible and approachable while on patrol to provide assistance and help to deter potential issues
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a background investigation
- Ability to pass a drug screen
