Serve and safeguard clients by managing access points, verifying credentials, and monitoring activity at a manufacturing and industrial location. Provide professional communication and respond to incidents in a problem-solving manner.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies
- Control access at entrances and gates by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining logs
- Direct guests to designated areas
- Support industrial operations by coordinating access for deliveries and pickups, checking shipping and receiving paperwork
- Communicate with site contacts regarding arriving vehicles and personnel
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting hazards and policy violations
- Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and perimeter points
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age (for unarmed roles)
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a background investigation
- Ability to pass a drug screen
