Security Guard

About This Role

Ensure the safety and security of patients and employees at a medical marijuana dispensary by monitoring surveillance, enforcing security standards, and assisting visitors.

Responsibilities

• Monitor surveillance cameras to identify disruptions and monitor people in the dispensary
• Ensure that health, safety, and security standards are followed
• Perform safety and regulatory audits
• Welcome and check in patients, caregivers, and visitors at the dispensary
• Complete the required state-mandated training program

Requirements

• Active NJ state Sora Card (Green or Red)
• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of security experience

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• At least 1 year of security experience required

Nice to Have

• Law enforcement or military experience
• Bilingual or Multilingual
