Ensure the safety and security of guests and staff at the Royal Palm South Beach Miami, a newly reimagined luxury hotel. The role requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle high-stress situations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm in high-stress situations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Read, write and speak English fluently
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior security/law enforcement experience, hotel preferred

Nice to Have

• Prior security/law enforcement experience (hotel preferred)
• Knowledge of emergency procedures and first aid/CPR certification
