About This Role

Manage daily security operations for clients in the commercial real estate sector, leading and developing a team of security officers and supervisors to deliver exceptional service and ensure safety.

Responsibilities

  • Manage scheduling using AI-powered technology to meet client contract hours while minimizing unbilled overtime
  • Hire, coach, and manage security officers and supervisors, overseeing payroll, performance, and employee relations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, enhancing relationships and ensuring high-quality service
  • Respond professionally to escalated security incidents and emergencies, coordinating with clients and internal teams
  • Oversee training, safety, and site operational standards for compliance and excellence
  • Manage inventory of uniforms, equipment, and other essential supplies

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license if driving a company vehicle or personal vehicle for business
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in business operations, security management, or supervising teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in leading, developing, and retaining a dynamic team while building positive client relationships
  • Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination
  • Proven ability to evaluate situations, make sound independent decisions, and resolve conflicts efficiently
  • Proficiency in web-based applications and computer systems, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and employees while managing multiple projects and driving operational excellence
  • Financial acumen to manage staffing levels, minimize non-billed overtime, control turnover costs, and manage inventory costs

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in business operations, security management, or supervising teams in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

  • College degree in Business Administration or a law enforcement-related field
  • Law enforcement, military, and/or contract or proprietary security services, or facility management experience
  • American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS), International Certified Protection Professional (CPP) certification
  • Previous payroll, billing, or scheduling experience
  • Aptitude with security systems: CCTV, access control, and badge administration
  • Graduate of certified public safety academy (e.g., Law Enforcement, Firefighter/Paramedic, Corrections Officer)
