Seasonal Receiver Stocker Overnight

About This Role

Provide excellent customer service and maintain store cleanliness and safety in an overnight receiving and stocking role. Assist customers with merchandise and store information while supporting overall store operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service through daily execution of Lowe's policies and procedures
• Assist customers in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise
• Respond knowledgeably and promptly to customer and associate questions
• Communicate information to customers regarding stock, special orders, and warranty information
• Write customer contracts and invoices for equipment rental and tool repairs (if applicable)
• Train cross-functionally in other store areas to enhance customer service
• Detect and communicate signs of shoplifting, theft, and security risks to management
• Ensure compliance with housekeeping standards to maintain store cleanliness and organization
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment by performing daily safety reviews and securing areas
• Adhere to all safety requirements relevant to job duties, including power equipment operation
• Operate store equipment such as Zebra phone, paging system, computers, and specialized tools

Requirements

• Less than 1 Year Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
• Less than 1 Year Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
• Less than 1 Year Retail experience, performing tasks such as: identifying and selling products based on customer needs, explaining warranties, assisting customers in locating products, building customer relationships, identifying and resolving customer issues, zone recovery, and housekeeping

Qualifications

• Less than 1 year experience using computers and common retail technology, and retail experience performing various tasks.
