About This Role

Provide exceptional customer service and ensure product availability and presentation for Lowe's customers by executing merchandising resets, maintaining in-stock conditions, and upholding store cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

  • Provide SMART customer service through daily execution of Lowe's policies and procedures
  • Build relationships with vendors to ensure merchandise resets align with Lowe’s specifications
  • Collaborate with the Merchandising Service team and Manager on project priorities and needs
  • Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and assist with merchandise selection and loading
  • Move or replace beams and grids, rotate stock, build products, and display merchandise using power equipment
  • Identify damaged products, remove them from shelves, and deliver to the Return to Manufacturer (RTM) area
  • Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping
  • Identify damaged or missing signage, displays, and collateral and order replacements
  • Confirm product pricing information is visible and clear, resolving/replacing missing labels
  • Update/validate wayfinding and product location signage, as well as digital maintenance
  • Ensure cross merchandise, side stack products, j-hooks and gravity feed bins are placed appropriately
  • Review, complete, and enter details for assigned merchandise reset, service, and maintenance tasks
  • Ensure all reset displays are safe and in working order, repairing/replacing as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and working areas by handling trash and debris
  • Adhere to all safety requirements relevant to job duties, including top stock safety and power equipment use
  • Operate store equipment such as Zebra phone, telephone, computers, and baler as needed

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED General Studies or equivalent years of experience

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED General Studies or equivalent years of experience

Nice to Have

  • 6 Months of Lowe’s sales floor experience
  • 6 Months of Experience performing product merchandising tasks including reading planograms and plantograms, setting up and tearing down displays
  • 3 Months of Experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
