Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate

About This Role

The Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate provides excellent customer service, ensures products are well-stocked and merchandised according to planograms, and contributes to maintaining a clean and safe store environment for Lowe's customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by adhering to Lowe's policies and procedures
• Build relationships with vendors and ensure merchandise resets are completed to specifications
• Collaborate with the Merchandising Service team and Manager on project needs and priorities
• Analyze metrics and provide feedback on project execution and in-store service to leadership
• Engage with customers to assist with locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise
• Move or replace beams and grids, rotate stock, build products, and display products using power equipment
• Identify damaged products, remove them from shelves, and deliver them to the Return to Manufacturer (RTM) area
• Verify buyback items and ensure they are pulled, prepped, and ready for shipping
• Ensure compliance with housekeeping standards and programs to maintain cleanliness and organization
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment by adhering to safety requirements and operating store equipment safely

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED General Studies or equivalent experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED General Studies

Nice to Have

• 6 months of Lowe's sales floor experience
• 6 months of experience performing product merchandising tasks including reading planograms and plantograms, setting up and tearing down displays
• 3 months of experience operating power equipment such as lifts, order pickers, and similar equipment
