Seasonal Local Manager

About This Role

Oversee daily operations for Easter Bunny photo operations at The Westchester, implementing strategies for profitability and efficiency. Lead, develop, and motivate a local team to achieve company goals.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment and maintain core values and policies
• Manage schedules, assign duties, and optimize labor to ensure all locations are staffed for success
• Determine staffing requirements and oversee hiring, onboarding, and training of all team members
• Ensure daily operations are maintained as scheduled
• Respond to all business calls or emails within a timely manner
• Create and reinforce a sales culture within the location to maximize sales potential
• Verify daily bank deposits, confirming deposit/credit card slips are with financial paperwork
• Coach and develop team members to drive revenue, reduce cost, and provide world-class guest service
• Establish and maintain positive and successful vendor relations with staff at all locations
• Partner with host venue to support a seamless, efficient operation focused on guest service and profitability

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling
• Professional attire and good hygiene
• Available to attend mandatory pre-season training
• Flexibility and willingness to work during peak retail hours (evenings, weekends, holidays)
• Available to work a minimum of 40 hours a week or as needed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma Required
• Previous retail/assistant manager and photography experience preferred
