Seasonal Sales Associate

About This Role

This role involves providing world-class guest service and creating memorable photo experiences for customers, primarily at holiday locations within a retail setting. It focuses on operating POS and photography equipment, maintaining a clean environment, and engaging with families and children.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly
• Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers
• Operate POS system and photography equipment
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Process sales transactions and handle cash
• Greet and work comfortably with families and children

Requirements

• Team player who can work independently
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling
• Professional attire and good hygiene
• Available to attend training meetings and complete required courses
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week
• At least 16 years of age
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform easy, guided choreographed movement independently

Qualifications

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required
