Seasonal Sales Associate

About This Role

Provide world-class guest service, create memorable photo experiences, and operate POS and photography equipment in a fast-paced retail environment. This role contributes to millions of holiday and souvenir experiences for children and families.

Responsibilities

• Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs
• Provide excellent guest service throughout the experience
• Participate as a team member, ensuring photo operations run smoothly and effectively
• Engage in a friendly manner with all guests, staff, and coworkers
• Operate POS system and photography equipment
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment

Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Comfortable greeting and working with families and children
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling
• Professional attire and good hygiene
• Available to attend training meetings and complete required courses
• Flexibility to work during “peak” retail hours (evenings, weekends, and holidays)
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed
• At least 16 years of age
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform easy, guided choreographed movement independently

Qualifications

• Previous retail, service industry, or cashier experience preferred but not required.
