Seasonal Local Manager

About This Role

Oversee daily operations for Easter Bunny photo events, implementing strategies to drive profitability and efficiency at the venue. Lead, develop, and motivate a local team to achieve company goals.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive, collaborative environment and maintain core values and policies
• Manage schedules, assign duties, and optimize labor for staffing success
• Determine staffing requirements and oversee hiring, onboarding, and training of all team members
• Ensure daily operations are maintained as scheduled
• Respond to all business calls or emails within a timely manner
• Create and reinforce a sales culture, ensuring proper cash handling and maximizing sales potential to reach daily and monthly targets
• Verify daily bank deposits, confirming bank deposit/credit card slips are with financial paperwork
• Coach and develop team members to drive revenue, reduce cost, and provide world-class guest service
• Establish and maintain positive and successful vendor relations with staff
• Partner with host venue to support a seamless, efficient operation with a focus on guest service and profitability
• Address and resolve customer concerns or service failures appropriately
• Ensure accurate/timely preseason setup, breakdown, and securing of all equipment

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma Required
• Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling
• Professional attire and good hygiene
• Available to attend mandatory pre-season training
• Flexibility and willingness to work during “peak” retail hours, such as evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours a week or as needed
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform easy, guided choreographed movement independently

Qualifications

• High School Diploma Required
• Previous retail/assistant manager and photography experience preferred
