Oversee daily operations for Easter Bunny photo events, implementing strategies to drive profitability and efficiency. Lead, develop, and motivate a local team to achieve company goals and provide world-class guest service.
Responsibilities
- Promote a positive, collaborative environment and maintain core values and policies
- Manage schedules, assign duties, and optimize labor for staffing success
- Determine staffing requirements and oversee hiring, onboarding, and training of team members
- Ensure daily operations are maintained as scheduled
- Respond to all business calls or emails within a timely manner
- Create and reinforce a sales culture within the location to maximize sales potential and reach targets
- Verify DAILY bank deposits to DM, confirming bank deposit/credit card slips with financial paperwork
- Coach and develop team members to drive revenue, reduce cost, and provide world-class guest service
- Establish and maintain positive and successful vendor relations with staff at all locations
- Partner with host venue to support a seamless, efficient operation with a focus on guest service and profitability
- Address and resolve customer concerns or service failures appropriately to ensure optimal guest experiences and recovery
- Ensure accurate/timely preseason setup, breakdown, and securing of all equipment at your location
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma
- Ability to process sales transactions and comfortable with cash handling
- Professional attire and good hygiene
- Available to attend mandatory pre-season training
- Flexibility and willingness to work during peak retail hours (evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours a week or as needed
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform easy, guided choreographed movement independently
Qualifications
- High School Diploma Required

- Previous retail/assistant manager experience
- Photography experience
