Lead, develop, and motivate a local team to create memorable photo experiences for customers. Assist the Local Manager with site operations, including staffing, scheduling, and customer service to ensure optimal guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Promote a positive, collaborative environment and uphold core values and policies
- Assist Local Manager with preparations for opening day including hiring, inventory, equipment setup, staff scheduling, and training
- Take photos and provide guests with memorable souvenirs
- Address and resolve customer concerns or service failures appropriately
- Lead by example and reinforce established policies and procedures
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to IT or Local Management when needed
- Assist Local Manager with administrative tasks such as inventory, scheduling, training, and recruiting
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to process sales transactions and handle cash
- Professional attire and good hygiene
- Available to attend mandatory pre-season training
- Flexibility and willingness to work during peak retail hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week or as needed
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 10-25 pounds
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
Qualifications
- Previous retail/assistant manager experience preferred
