About This Role

This role involves driving sales of Samsung mobile products and services at a Best Buy retail store by demonstrating products, providing relevant information, and building relationships with customers and store associates.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate, sell and promote Samsung products to customers in Best Buy
• Ensure consumers have the latest and most relevant product information for purchase decisions
• Build relationships with Best Buy associates and leadership through daily trainings, collaboration and goal sharing
• Uncover and understand customer needs to recommend Samsung products
• Build confidence in Samsung products and services for Best Buy employees and customers
• Build strong partnerships with Best Buy staff to drive key initiatives and goals
• Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals on a monthly basis
• Provide excellent customer and client service
• Ensure retail brand standards are met through merchandising, security, installation, and cleanliness
• Complete display resets upon request and during new product launches
• Complete daily reporting on sales performance and retail insights

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience preferred
