Retail Display Installer – Technology

About This Role

This role involves installing and maintaining retail displays for leading technology brands, requiring attention to detail and independent work in various retail environments. You will represent brands such as Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP.

Responsibilities

• Execute a wide range of in-store tasks, including installing and updating sales floor fixtures and endcaps
• Perform build-outs, resets, and display repairs
• Following plan-o-grams and client-specific directives
• Work independently, meet deadlines, and use mobile applications and technology to complete assignments efficiently and professionally
• Manage store-level relationships and ensure top-quality execution on every project
• Respond and remain responsible for consistent communication with field services management quickly (within 24 hours of contact)
• Keep availability updated and accurate
• Fully complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates
• Complete necessary forms/images/surveys associated with each job/assignment before leaving the job site
• Conduct break-fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Flexible availability Monday through Friday
• Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30-day period
• Ability to climb a ladder up to 10 feet in height
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 60lbs
• Able to kneel, walk, crouch, bend over, handle/grasp, and reach overhead
• Reliable transportation
• Proof of insurance
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment/shift/daily
• Must own an Android or Apple mobile device

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
• Entry level position, previous retail or merchandising experience is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Proficiency with hand and power tool usage
• Ability to follow planogram (POG) directives and secondary communication
