Salesforce Project Manager

About This Role

Manage technical programs and projects for Commercial Patient Services, ensuring successful delivery through effective planning, agile facilitation, and stakeholder management. Oversee project scope, budget, and resources while adhering to quality standards and IT SLC guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical program or project management across Commercial Patient Services projects
• Create project charters including scope, objectives, team, stakeholders, budget, and deliverables
• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules and resource allocation
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful delivery
• Serve as a facilitator for agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, scrum of scrum, sprint/release retrospection)
• Act as a liaison between technical teams, stakeholders, and BTS management
• Identify potential risks and issues early in the project lifecycle and develop mitigation strategies
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders and communicate project status
• Manage project budgets, ensuring effective allocation and utilization of resources
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements in compliance with AbbVie DevOps / IT SLC standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, management, or related field
• 10+ Years of Experience in IT Industry
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience in managing projects from initiation to completion
• Experience using Smartsheet, Jira, MPP, SharePoint
• Working experience in Salesforce implementations and running salesforce-based projects
• Experience in non-liner/dynamic project management with adoptive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, management, or related field.
• 10+ Years of Experience in IT Industry, 5+ years of experience in Project Management.

• Project management certification (e.g., PMP or Prince2)
• Agile certifications
