Technical Program Manager

About This Role

Lead and coordinate Gen2 customer onboarding activities, providing high-touch support for large enterprise clients and partnering with engineering to ensure successful migrations, while leveraging data to improve efficiency and visibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end Gen2 onboarding activities
• Provide high-touch white-glove support for large enterprise customers (WebXT, Office)
• Partner with engineering and vendor teams to track progress and remove blockers
• Maintain onboarding playbooks, checklists, and communication workflows
• Analyze telemetry to quantify issues and measure customer impact
• Build customer funnel visibility, progress tracking, and migration analytics
• Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms for leadership insights
• Support continuous improvement of data quality and reporting automation

Requirements

• 7+ years in Program Management, Customer Success or Operations
• Strong analytics skills across telemetry KPIs and customer signals
• Excellent communication and cross-team coordination abilities
• Experience working with vendor teams and multi-workstream programs
• Hands-on SQL, Azure, and Power BI skills

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Program Management, Customer Success or Operations

Nice to Have

• Background in cloud platforms, migrations or SaaS onboarding
• Proficiency in analytics tools like Excel, Power BI
