Join Liberty Mutual as an Inbound Remote Sales Representative to consult with customers on their insurance needs, convert leads into policyholders, and achieve unlimited earning potential through base salary and commission.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and warm leads
- Consult with customers on their insurance needs
- Match correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders
- Represent the Liberty brand and connect customers to the right products
- Adapt well to different environments, schedules, and policyholder needs
Requirements
- Ability to work remotely from Florida
- Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
- Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
- Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
- Maintain a professional workspace with dedicated desk and wired high-speed internet (min 100 MBps download, 20 MBps upload)
Qualifications
- 2-3 years sales experience preferred, 2 years of sales/service-related work required
