Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads
• Consult with customers on their insurance needs
• Match correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders
• Represent the Liberty brand and connect customers to the right products
• Adapt well to different environments, schedules, and policyholder needs

Requirements

• Ability to work remotely from Florida
• Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills
• Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
• Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
• Maintain a professional workspace with dedicated desk and wired high-speed internet (min 100 MBps download, 20 MBps upload)

Qualifications

• 2-3 years sales experience preferred, 2 years of sales/service-related work required
