This role involves consulting with customers on their insurance needs, matching products, and converting sales leads into policyholders while handling inbound calls. The position offers comprehensive training and support from day one for enthusiastic, people-oriented individuals.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and warm leads
- Consult with customers on their insurance needs
- Match correct coverages, products, and benefits to customers
- Convert sales leads into policyholders
- Represent the Liberty brand by connecting customers to the right products
- Adapt to different work environments and schedules
- Ensure customers receive quality products and services
Requirements
- 2 years of sales/service-related work experience
- Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales
- Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
- Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
- Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
- Reside in Pennsylvania, Virginia, Michigan, Maryland, New Hampshire, Ohio, or Kentucky
- Professional workspace/room with dedicated desk
- Wired high-speed internet connection (minimum 100 MBps download, 20 MBps upload)
Qualifications
- 2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
Nice to Have
