Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and warm leads
- Consult with customers on their insurance needs
- Match correct coverages, products, and benefits
- Convert sales leads into policyholders
- Represent the Liberty brand and connect customers to appropriate products
- Adapt to different environments, schedules, and policyholder needs
Requirements
- Experience in sales/service-related work (minimum 2 years)
- Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with prospects and customers
- Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
- Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
- Reside in Florida
Qualifications
- 2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
