This role involves handling inbound calls and warm leads to consult with customers on their insurance needs, matching them with appropriate coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders. You will represent the Liberty brand, connecting customers to products that meet their individual needs.
Responsibilities

- Represent the Liberty brand and connect customers to the right products
Requirements
- 2 years of sales/service-related work experience
- Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales
- Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
- Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
- Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
- Ability to maintain department Work at Home (W@H) requirements including a professional workspace, dedicated desk, and wired high-speed internet connection (minimum 100 MBps download, 20 MBps upload)
Qualifications
- 2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
Nice to Have
- 3 years sales experience
