Join Liberty Mutual as an Inbound Sales Representative to assist potential and existing policyholders with their insurance needs, matching them with appropriate coverages and converting warm leads into sales.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and warm leads from potential and existing policyholders
- Consult with policyholders on their insurance needs
- Match correct coverages, products, and benefits to customer needs
- Convert sales leads into policyholders
- Represent the Liberty brand and connect customers to the right products
- Adapt to different work environments, schedules, and policyholder needs
Requirements
- 2 years of sales/service-related work experience
- Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers
- Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
- Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
- Ability to maintain department work at home (W@H) requirements including a professional workspace/room with a dedicated desk and wired high-speed internet connection (minimum 100 MBps download, 20 MBps upload)
Qualifications
- 2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
Nice to Have
- 2-3 years sales experience
