Join Liberty Mutual as an Inbound Remote Sales Representative to convert warm leads into policyholders by consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching them to the correct coverages.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and warm leads
- Consult with customers on their insurance needs
- Match correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders
- Represent the Liberty Mutual brand professionally
- Adapt to different work environments and schedules
Requirements
- Ability to reside in Florida
- 2 years of sales/service-related work experience
- Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Ability to close sales
- Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills
- Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency
- Property and Casualty License (can be obtained during paid training)
- High-speed internet connection (minimum 100 MBps download, 20 MBps upload)
Qualifications
- 2-3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required.
